Boston GuitarFest XXI (“Back to Bach 2”) celebrates its 21st anniversary with a spectacular lineup of concerts, masterclasses, and workshops, featuring world-class performers.

Competition for Solo Classical Guitar
The BGFest XXI Academy Performance Competition is open to Academy participants only. Finalists will be announced by May 31st, 2026. The Final Round will take place on June 11th, 2026 at The Foundry, Cambridge, MA.
The first prize winner will perform a solo recital (20–30 minutes) as part of the final concert on June 21st, 2026.
